It's curious to me how making different choices seeking change can sometime be challenging when we know the outcome will be better than the place from which we begin. I know goal setting is a spiritual responsibility, and opportunity and doing so serves me well.

So, I am beginning my week with a re-newed focus on setting and meeting both professional and personal goals. Do you set goals?
