"The best laid plans of mice and men (and this artist!) oft go awry." In other words . . .no matter who makes a plan or how good it is, things can still happen to put the plan on the back burner.
I'm shooting from the hip here today (i.e. no preparation/plans just straight from the heart) my friends, as LIFE has intervened in my plans to post "31 Positively Joy-Filled Thoughts for a Positively Joy-Filled Life" pulling my attention, my time, my energy, my focus, my everything in to IT, rather than allow me the luxury to focus on my plans.
Isn't it funny (as in hmm-curious) that we can do our very best to plan & prepare for something, yet life, in all its beauty & blessings has its own way of intervening with those plans? Have you ever experienced plan-is interuptis in your life? How did you respond to it? I find that the more freely I am able move in the ebb and flow of the tide, the better off I am, as well as all that is around me - flow with it rather than fight with it, I say!
So today, as life continues to beckon my attention, my energy, my effort and my focus I'm keeping it short & sweet here . . continuing to move with the flow and just
keep
on
breathing.
As I do so, I plan for joy to be a part of my present moment
because "Life is what happens when you're busy making plans . . ."
Thank you, beautiful, beautiful John Lennon, this is, as are all your songs, oh so lovely.
