Life is sweet, and in full bloom -
For the love of flea market and cottage chic style . . . I cannot help but LOVE it. How about you?
(lovely, lovely photo by white blossom studio )
I have returned home from my fabulous trip to Atlanta, overwhelmed with goodness and joy by my first experience walking the Americas Mart, meeting up with my creative friends, good wine, conversation, and oh, the food at Azio's.
After all the fun (and work) at the mart, I then headed off to meet up with my daughter and our friends who recently moved to Atlanta (hubby is prop master for Vampire Diaries, which films there). Thank you, my friend, for your southern hospitality.
It was a wonderful trip, good to be with friends, and also, oh so good to return home to my family.
Walking through the various show rooms, seeing my products beautifully merchandised was quite the experience. I have been so focused, working very, very hard the past few years, (and overcoming several very challenging (and painful) obstacles - both personal and professional) I've hardly allowed myself the opportunity to breath it all in, to take ownership of the accomplishments, and to see and taste that it is good. It is all good, and I am so thankful. Breathe in, Breath out - Breath in, Breath out. It pays to persevere, girls!
This is a just a glimpse at our Cottage Chic collection that debuted at the Americas Mart this month. This art makes me happy! What do you think - do you like it?
We are in the midst of having our website redesigned, so If you're looking for any of our product lines, and cannot find them in your local gift & home decor store, feel free to send us a note and we'll be sure to get you in touch with a sales rep.
As I prepare to shift my focus for the day, to add the finishing touches to our newest collection, I want to give a shout out to the wonderful women (and man . . .Andy Mathis) that I had the pleasure of breaking bread with while in Atlanta - Pictured here (L-R) Jane Maday, Martha Collins, Joyce Shelton, Phyllis Dobbs, Sue Zipkin, B.J. Lantz and Carol Eldridge. Also in attendance but somehow missing from the shot are Kathy Weller, Tammy Browning-Smith and Janet Wrenke Frisch. Each so very talented and successful, and I be'tcha you have at least one of their products in your home.
merci des amis, ravis pour être à votre compagnie douée!
May your day be delightful, and miracles bloom in your garden.
xoxo
