Love is the greatest gift, the most enduring power, and in its truest form, pure and natural.
I created this piece, Natural Love, as the clouds rolled in this morning and the rain began to fall pinging against my windows.
All my attention recently has been on creating art - it felt good to take the art I've created and do some tactile design. The background of this piece is from my Hello! Beautiful collection, I designed for and licensed to Webster's Pages, the center image is a Terri Conrad Designs exclusive, as is the hand painted frame - the twigs are compliments of Mother Nature.
I finally have my studio reorganized and it feels so good to spread out and breath. Want a peek?
The space is rather (okay definitively) rectangular so I set it apart by having my illustrating table on the left and my painting and designing tables on the far right in this next pic.
This pretty little settee is where I love to sit down in the morning after I get my girls off to school, (and of course walk Shayna) to give myself a few minutes to quiet my mind, give thanks, and offer up my prayers. Apparently my daughter Katelyn likes to sit and read here too - that's her little purple beanied head peaking up above the pillow - she'll try to get into just about any photo op :)
Another place to sit and visit - and lots of little pink pretties all in a row.
So there's a little glimps inside my creative world.
We received news today that another product shipped 4th qrtr and is currently available exclusively at Lifeway Christian Stores.
For those of you who are familiar with Terri Conrad Designs thru our licensed product with Webster's Pages and our branded style of that company, you may recognize some of this art from my Feather Your Nest collection.
This is definately a time of gratitude and apreciation for our company, as we have worked very hard to develop product and partner with the best companies in which to license our art and bring product to you that will warm your heart and home. We hope you enjoy - and look forward to seeing a lot more of Terri Conrad Designs in gift and home dec stores near you.
P.S. for all you jewelry lovers, I've recently discovered two lovely designers, each with a unique look -
please visit Lillyella and Sosobella and let these creative ladies know you arrived via TCD. The names of these two home based businesses are indicitive of the fabulous pieces each designs. There's still time to order something special for a friend, mother, daughter, or your sweet self for Valentine's Day!
