Hi Friends,
OMG! where oh where has the time gone? I have been playing (okay, working!) with different mediums in my studio, watercolor, guache, acrylic, & illustrating with my pretty prisma colors creating lots of new designs and meeting deadlines. Do you ever play with different, maybe unfamiliar mediums when you're creating something? You know, I am a firm believer that playing opens our spirit up to creative discovery. Go ahead, color outside the lines today.
Okay, imagine my surprise, when I sat down (the 2nd time) to read my ME HOME COMPANION all the way through, and saw my name and my paper crafting products featured in its Pins and Needles layout. OMG! (Who designed these?)
They are just too wonderful there at ME Home Companion. Merci mes amies.
The serendipitous thing about all this is in my last post, I promised a special opportunity for you...while I can't show you the journal I designed (shh - don't tell anyone, but it's gonna be featured in the next issue of Crafts N' Things with some amazing design concepts by the very talented KeriLee Serika) I can share the special surprise . . .some BLOG CANDY. I have kept journals for years and right now I'm loving making them using my own paper products. We're giving away a complete collection of my Inspired paper collection, and a composition journal kit (including all the pretties needed) to design your very own special journal. A journal is a wonderful place to set goals, answer life questions, and keep track of your hopes, dreams and all that you are grateful for. Just leave a post and tell me what you are thankful for, and, if you're inclined to share the goodness, place this image
on your blog with a link back here, inviting your readers to do the same. We will post a winner on November 21st.
Today, I am grateful for all the usual suspects - my faith, and my family, for whom without I would not be where I am today; each time my girls tell me, "You are the best mommy in the whole world!" (even though I know I am not); my friends with whom I share laughter, starbucks and heartfelt thoughts; and my (hopefully) deep vessel of creativity that I am priviledged to express each and every day.
Your turn, what are you grateful for? Post your comment and you could be the lucky winner!
Terri - your work is so heartfelt and touching.
I'm thankful for the many blessings God has brought into my life - my faith in Him, LOVE, peace, dear friends, family, four handsome nephews, my precious two baby boys - Tigger & Beasley (kittens), and for my new wonderful Italian friend Benny. The gratefulness of being able to lovingly help others towards finding hope, healing and triumph over human pain, fear and sorrow.
My favorite song is Over the Rainbow by Eva Cassidy.
I'm grateful for forgiveness and the new beginning that God gives us every day to reach beyond our limitations as he lifts us to new heights!
Most of all blessings to you, Terri.
Love and friendship,
Lesa V.

Wonderful seeing your things in ME... I am thankful for so many things I don't know where to start. I had a blessing in recovery from cancer and my eyes were opened to how much life really holds for us if we look. I am so blessed to have some creative talent and friends to share it with. Aren't blogs amazing?! My husband and my wondeful four legged sweeties who love me unconditionally...well that's a start! Thanks for such a calming and lovely blog.

I saw your lovely journals in the recent edition of MEHC. They are gorgeous. It's a well deserved mention.
I'm so grateful for the simple things in life - my faith, family and friends. It doesn't get any better than that.

Goodness! What a wonderful giveaway! I also found you via Audrey. For me I'm thankful every day for my husband of 17 years, my 4 children, my faith and my God, the provision of a good job for my husband that allows me to tend to the children full-time even though they are all now in school. I'm thankful that I get to volunteer at their school and that I get to be a vital part of their and other kids' educations. I'm thankful that I'm healthy and able. I'm thankful for the creative outlets of scrapbooking and writing. If I didn't have these - my life would be a jumbled pile of memories and a disastrous box of unorganized photos. It gives my life, my memories order. I'm thankful for the ability to read and that my kids share that ability and love.
Okay I could go on - but you get the idea!
Blessings,
Garsy

Hi, these are so pretty, hmmm... what am I thankful for? I am most thankful for my family, my husband and my four children, Lily, Emma, Ayden, and Andrew. I am thankful that we have a warm home and lots of love in our lives, I am thankful that we have a supportive extended family. I am also thankful that I can make beautiful things as an outlet for my creativity. I am thankful that I love to write, because it is so nice to get my feelings out on paper, where I can figure them all out. And also, I am thankful for wonderful blogs, (like yours) that I can read and be inspired by.

Love your Blog first off, I found you on Audrey's Blog! Wow, that is a tall order, but at this very moment I am thankful that I was able to spend the afternoon with my 76 year old mother. We attended a class together, even though she was feeling horrible with a cold, we laughed and smiled and spent a wonderful afternoon together. Upon returning home, I got the most wonderful call from my grandson who is 6 to tell me "MeMe you better buy a big turkey for Thanksgiving, because I think I'm going to be hungry, Bye, I love you. So these little moments, small as they may seem, make me one THANKFUL lady! I just adore Websters Pages! Check out my Blog and see what I just created with some of the Pages paper! Have a wonderful weekend!

How wonderful! I just love all your lovely papers, so this would be a treat, to be sure! I am thankful for so many things as well, but probably the top of the list would be my sweet husband of 23+ years. He is such a loving, giving, forgiving man, and I thank God for the gift of him! Thanks, Becky G.

Well, I don't have a blog to post the image, but I don't mind sharing what I am thankful for. I am so thankful that my mother was with me for 81 years (just wish it could have been longer.) She taught me so much and loved me unconditionally. Be thankful for your moms - hug them and tell them you love them! Your paper products are delicious and I would absolutely LOVE to be the winner. Thank you for your generosity!
