Welcome Creativity Portal readers - I am delighted to share my thoughts on creating a fun, fabulous career in the arts. It was such a pleasure to work with Molly Anderson Childers, writer extraordinaire and Chris Dunmire, founder of Creativity Portal. Thank you both for this wonderful opportunity.

I'm inspired by gardens, tearooms, jars of old worn out buttons, vintage laces, picking strawberries, and glorious labradors.

I'm constantly surprised by the beautiful ways God brings joy into my life each and every day through the playful antics of kittens rolling in the dust, birds playing in a puddle, a hawk gliding through the air, or the delightful sound of a toddler's belly laugh.

My toes wiggle with delight each and every time my husband of 24 years grabs my hand as we walk along. it still stops my heart in its tracks....... :)
