I want to CREATE:
children who will grow to be beautiful, responsible adults with a desire to make a difference;
a healthy, loving marriage;
a warm and welcoming home;
art, art, and more art - did I mention art?

I want to CULTIVATE:

Close, meaningful relationships - friendships - I love to meet new people, to listen to them and to learn about thier life stories, their journies. (And, I genuinely get so excited when I receive a comment - leave me one!)

I love being able to connect with you as readers, and those who follow my creative endeavors - friends, each of you to one degree or another.

Creativity - okay, here it is . . .we were, in my ever so humble belief, created by an awesome God, in His image, er go - we are creative by nature. I believe we simply need to tap into our creativity, give ourselves permission to play with, and to explore our inner artist.

I want to COMMUNICATE:

Laughter - I love to laugh (most often at myself, and always at the funny things my girls say - they tell me tho, "Daddy is funnier, mommmy!";

Joy - to daily open the lid to the box we tend to place ourselves in and let joy spring forward.

My latest reads: every trade and consumer magazine whose focus is on home decor, gift and paper crafting;

Zink, the tale of a VERY courageous little girl (my daughter asked me to read it and I cried (okay, sobbed) on nearly every page. Heartwarming, encouraging and uplifting must read.
